We are all at our best if we apply the concept of flow in life. It is quite so that there are more people in job frustration than there are people in job happiness. I took time to think about a possible cause of this narrative, and discovered that; if only people had the perfect role and also the right working culture, they would not pass through frustration in their job. More often, people attribute salary to job satisfaction but in hindsight, if you got your dream salary with a role you are not passionate about, or with a working culture that does’nt fit your personality, this also can lead to frustration in your job. The synergy of a passionate role and that of a culture that fits your personality is one that works the perfect magic to self fulfilment in a job. But, more often than not, this concept is quite underrated, people believe to look out for the highest paying jobs without taking out time to build high value in their passion to make it a high paying job for them.
The market perceive your worth based on your value not based on your skill.
Focus means following one course until success.
Focus now on building high value in your passion, let alone beging to think of other roles that will only bring unto you nothing more but frustration.

The best way to cure a sickness is to never let it come. A principle I learnt from Sun Tzu. So before applying a job, understand how the role relates to you as a person, how it can make you a better person to achieve self fulfilment.
It was Jim Rohn that said, you should work more on yourself rather than working on your job. If a job doesn’t permit you to work more on yourself, then its a red flag, you should now seek on how you can exit as quick as you can.
